What we collect

Name, email, optional phone, PAN (for KYC readiness), risk-profile answers, and activity on the platform such as orders, watchlists and predictions viewed.

How we protect it

PAN, phone and 2FA secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. All traffic uses TLS.

Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

You can export all your data or permanently erase your account from Settings → Privacy. Financial and audit records are retained only as required by law.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe and Razorpay; we never see or store full card numbers or UPI PINs. Transactional email is sent via our email provider.

Grievance officer

Write to grievance@aitrade.app. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
