Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure; enable two-factor authentication for best protection.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell signals, or attempt to disrupt the service. API access (Elite) is for personal use and subject to rate limits.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tejas is not liable for losses arising from reliance on signals or simulated results.
